Thank you to all the families that sent in apples on Monday and for the week. We graphed what color of apple was our favorite. We made an apple puppet. We asked “how do you like your apples?” Choices were applesauce, apple juice, apple pie or whole apple. We are going to continue working with our apples this upcoming week.
If you are planning on coming with us to the pumpkin patch or would like to volunteer in the classroom, remember that you need to fill out the district volunteer form on the district website. It takes seven to ten days to process the volunteer forms. The pumpkin patch information is in the Red Folder.
We are working on recognizing shapes, same, different, and sorting. We have also worked on writing the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Please have your child practice these skills at home. Thank you!
Please return your pumpkin patch forms and money to us as soon as possible. Thank you. Forms and money are due by Wednesday, October 11th.
Classroom Happenings: Dialogue with your child
Important information:
Challenge homework: Your child can do this if they would like. It is optional.
Have a wonderful weekend. Nayoko
