Thank you so much for the quick response on our field trip! I have never had such speedy replies before! Right now, we have 9 volunteers. I would love to have another parent or two, if anyone is still interested.
The students learned a new word ‘with’. Remember it is important for your child to be able to read and write the sight words. See if your child can spell the word ‘with’ for you.
We are saying good-bye to our ducklings and chicks. Friday the 20th is their last day with us. The students have enjoyed having them in the classroom, but sometimes thought they were a little stinky. ☺
Thank you to the students who entered a project in science fair. I hope that your family was able to attend our science fair night. The booster club did a great job putting this on for our school. Remember that you can always be a part of the booster club. They do amazing things for our school and they always need volunteers.
Classroom Happenings: Dialogue with your child
Important information:
Challenge Work: 1) At Lily’s party there were five girls. Lily had six cupcakes. Were there enough for everyone? How many were left? 2) When was the clock invented? Who invented it? (internet)
Enjoy the sunny weekend. Nayoko
