Monday, May 28th there is no school.
We will be having a graduation on Thursday, June 14th at 12:30. There will be more information to come on this event. The students will be making invitations to invite you to our graduation. Friday, June 15th will be the kinders’ last day of school. Please make sure that they have their backpack every day until the end of school because we will be sending things home throughout the week. Thank you.
Please remind your child that toys and collectibles are to be left at home and not brought to school. The school policy is that all toys are to be left at home. If we do show and tell, we will let you know so students can bring something to share then.
Our zoo field trip is Wednesday, June 6th. All kinders are going on the same day at the same time. If you haven’t sent in your chaperone money, please do so as soon as possible. The students will need a sack lunch, pocket snack, and a drink with their lunch on this day. Your child needs to wear their red Fun Run shirt for the field trip, if possible.
At this time of year we are doing a lot of assessments to get ready for the end of the year. Your child might talk about reading a story to us or working on other activities with parent helpers. We want to say how proud we are of all the students and the growth they have made since the beginning of school. We would also like to thank all of the parent helpers we have had throughout the year.
Please remind your child that we only have a few more weeks left of school, but that they still need to be respectful, responsible, and safe. Thank you with your help on this issue.
